Microprocessors
Since their introduction in the late 1970's, microprocessors have been added to a wide variety of products to improve the product's function or performance. Cars, home appliances, machine tools, telecommunications devices and thousands of other products have electronics embedded within them that make them easier to use, faster, cheaper or which add features impossible to provide by any other means.
Why Outsource?
Qualified electronics engineering talent has become harder to find over the past several years, due in part to a huge increase in personnel demand by the computer industry. Specialized talent in embedded design is even harder to find because of a lack of formal educational curricula at many colleges and universities. At the same time, most manufacturing companies are feeling intense pressure to cut costs by trimming personnel budgets and hiring outside help for occasional project overloads.
With this set of forces at work, more and more companies are turning to specialized firms to help keep costs in line while developing products the marketplace demands.
You can rely on Embedded Systems and Software to meet your outsourcing requirements...on time, on budget!
Who Are We?
Embedded Systems and Software, Inc., founded in 1998, has the experience and training to design and develop these embedded systems for new and existing products. Our team of engineers has worked on dozens of designs, ranging from small joystick controllers to engine controllers to guidance systems for large earthmoving equipment. We have also developed monitoring equipment for laboratory test equipment, electro-hydraulic and electro-pneumatic control systems, factory machine tools, and lift truck speed and implement control systems.
